Use Your Stash Blog Hop - Ribbon

Welcome to the Use Your Stash blog Hop

Ribbon, Ribbon I have boxes, jars, and piles of ribbon in my craft room.
This month we're featuring ribbon and how we can go about using up all of that ribbon.   I keep a lot of ribbon in my stash and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I'm Priscilla and I'm glad you're here. You've arrived here from Wendy's blog, but if you just found me follow the links and you'll see some fabulously fun artwork.

I hope you enjoy my work featuring ribbon.  I've posted the complete list of consultants and their blogs at the bottom of this post.

The cards are white on white with 3-D foam tape for dimension.  I used my craft ruler to create a faux stitch effect around the edges of each card.  I want the ribbon to be the focus of these cards.

I was working with my ribbon and I wondered what defines ribbon.  I view ribbon as those lovely strips of fabric that come off spools, so I googled the definition and pasted it below in case you too are curious.
  1. rib·bon
    ˈribən/
    noun
    1. 1.
a long, narrow strip of fabric, used especially for tying something or for decoration.
"the tiny pink ribbons in her hair"
      synonyms:striptapebandcord
"a hat decorated with red and white ribbons"
    2. 2.
a long, narrow strip of something.
"slice the peppers into ribbons lengthwise"
    verb
    1. 1.
extend or move in a long narrow strip like a ribbon.
"miles of concrete ribboned behind the bus"

Thank You for viewing our hop if your interested in joining in on the fun by using up some of your #CTMH stash email me.  I'd love for you to leave a comment then hop to Michelle's blog to see her ribbon art that she created with her stash.
