Welcome to the Sweet Life Blog Hop!
This month our Stamp of the Month features stamps that detail fruit from the tree.
We have Apples, Cherries, & Peaches along with some adorable sayings.
If you hopped here from Traci's blog then you are on the right path! You can't get lost since the hop is one big circle, but if you'd like to start at the beginning hop on over to Helen's blog and see the complete list.  We have over 50 consultants participating this month.

This stamp set is available July 1st -31st and is yours with a qualifying purchase for only $5 dollars.  That's a sweet deal, pardon the pun. ;)

I'm a scrapbooker, so I have a hard time coming up with card designs and ideas.  I do not have any cute baking pictures to create a layout around, whcih I'll be creating this Fall, so I looked at the sample card we have and I based mine on the design by Close to MY Heart's Artists.   It's sad considering after I sit and struggle I realize that I have the How To cardmaking books by Jeanette Lynton (Founder, owner, & CEO of CTMH).  I should grab those when I need to create a card, DUH!
Shhh Top SECRET info here all of our How-To's will be back in our Autumn/Winter '13 Idea Book spiral bound for $14.95.  Isn't that a great deal?

For my card I used , again my cue from the insert,  Ruby, Buttercup, White Daisy and Whisper.  I embossed the apple with sliver embossing powder, retired CTMH, and then colored in in with Ruby, & Pear CTMH alcohol markers, along with two noir contraband markers.  I haven't gotten all of the CTMH markers yet.  White card base, Whisper cardstack stamped with the Distressed background stamp set D1544 in Slate.  I happen to like the look of the chicken wire juxtaposed against the silver outline of the apple branch. Hope you like it too!  If you looking for any of these supplies contact you Close to My Heart Consultant if you don't have one I'd be honored to help you!

Now Hop on over to Lalia's blog to see what fabulous item she's created.  Enjoy all the talented ladies work.
