I'm Priscilla, and I'm happy you decided to view the hop today.   The artwork created by the participating consultants will give you an idea of what can be created with this stamp set and the hope is to inspire your creativity in your papercrafting.  You've arrived here from Carol's blog.  If you'd like to start at the beginning of the hop or see the list of participants visit Melinda's blog.

The inside I placed fussy cut roses inside, but left the sentiment blank, since I feel this card can be used for many occasions.

I shaped and added pop dots to the banner for dimension.

For me I usually am very critical of the cards I make as I see all the flaws.  I happen to really like this card which is a surprises me.  I did a lot of fussing cutting and layering to make the card pop.

The supplies I used are listed below.
  • CTMH Exclusive Cardstock:   Black, Poppy, & White Daisy
  • CTMH Exclusive Ink:  Black, Poppy, Saffron, & Topiary
  • CTMH Embellishment:  Gold Foil Tape
  • Other:  Fine Detail Glue, & Gold Mirror cardstock

Thank You for viewing our hop if you would like more information about Close to My Heart email me.  I'd love it if you'd leave a comment then hop to Haley's blog to see her artwork.

Why I became a Close to My Heart Consultant

When I started scrapbooking the industry was booming and there were many, many options.
I bought a lot of my craft items online.  I used eBay, Two Peas, QVC, and many others.

You've arrived here from Kirsten's blog.  I'm Priscilla welcome to my blog now if your new to blog hops there circles you can start here continue along and you will see the entire hop, but if you wish to start at the beginning visit Melinda's blog for the complete list of participating consultants.

My why simple I was interested in learning how to stamp and red rubber gave me the chills.  I tired the red rubber and I made a mess.  I learned how to scrapbook on my own I picked up a magazine at a Borders bookstore.  I was hooked.  It took me some time to cut that first piece of paper about a year I think. Anyhow back to the stamping.
I was looking on eBay for flowers and I stumbled upon CTMH's clear stamps.  I bought them or won them as the case was then in 2004.  In 2006 I became a consultant I wanted the discount.  The big stamps, D-sized, were $22.95 and the ones I wanted were all D-sized they added up quickly to hundreds a catalog.
My 'Why' is all  about the discount.  I've been with CTMH for 10 years that's a testament on the designs and quality of the stamps.

I did not put pictures inside the circles yet, but I will  be shortly and in the album it goes.

Products Used:
Exclusive Inks:  Pixie, Poppy, & Pomegranate
Exclusive Cardstock:  Black & White Daisy
Exclusive Cricut Collection:  Artistry
My Reflections Paper:  La Vie En Rose
My Acrylix Stamp Set: Woodland Romance
Other:  Black Sharpie fine tip pen

Thank you for visiting my blog today please continue with the hop you'll see some wonderful artwork.  I'd love to get your feedback, so please leave a comment .  Now hop to Brenda's blog to see her work.
